Bis.dll by T_D

This dynamic library is the base for all my tools. It provides methods to easily read out
the data from a variety of BIS file formats. This has the advantage that updated code in the
dll is available to all tools.


Installation:
=============
You either can put the dll into the directory where the tool that use it is located or you can put it
to C:\Windows\system32 directory so it is always available to the tools.
