The download links' listed file sizes are incorrect. Instead of 1 MB, the file is just a bit over 134 KB.
After several hours of using this mod I must say this cargo system is fantastic and is quite easy to use. Walker said it best when bases can be set up using this system and I have been having fun using it so I'll give it an 8*.
