Would be a shame if such excellent models (my deepest respect to Sigma-6) wouldn't get an approptiate config and the bugs hunted down. Sadly i'm not into addon making but i'll forward this one to some who might be able to bring this addon to full functionality.

You start with reading the forums where we already explained a couple of times how to install mods and addons.
i did and it says look for the pbo file and it dosent give me that mabey give me the fourm web adress
