I dont see this island in the list of mods available in Sixupdater. Was there suppose to be an initial pbo to download of the island? because the link just takes you to the six updater site regarding how to install Six updater.
you say for some people it just crashes without reason, I would bet on memory shortage, big maps with high res textures tend to crash for some systems, probably something unstable with the arma engine
