Merry Holidays. A great map, plenty of details and locations. Works great for SecOps and rally races:) Great airport, only strip I've ever been able to land a jet. Thx so much.

Holy cow is this map beautiful. It truly feels NEW. The use of buildings and objects in the towns appears to have been really thought out and give each location remarkable feel and atmosphere. I'm surprised that more people aren't creating missions for this awesome map. Congrats. This is truly one of the best maps around and I get great performance running on it.
:sigh: it was probably my fault for not putting the "addons" folder in the folder i used for this map, but this is the addon that broke my DIGITAL copy of arma 2...
1) Get rid of the two hills that frame the each end of the runway.
2) Work in another airport somewhere far to the north as nice as the one on the island (at least in terms of runway and taxiways)
3) There need to be more towns in the far north.
This map just cries out for Warfare or COOP CTI/Evolution style missions. Excellent work- the map is beautiful. It's a pleasure just to fly/drive around in it.
I had another thought about this map. I noticed, reviewing the task force, that the ships were extremely tightly packed together. Also that the frigates were posted inside close to the carrier. I'd recommend moving the naval forces farther off shore, possibly to a different location, and spreading them out a bit more realistically. The frigates should have the outside screen position (ASW), the destroyers should be the ships closer to the carrier (SAM cover). In real life, of course, even such a small force might cover 50 square miles (roughly 80 km), while an actual full sized carrier group covers nearly 100 square miles (161 km). Naturally, no force commander would allow his ships anywhere near shore bombardment range.
I love when people put all their heart into something! The detail in the ground textures is outstanding. I love when you look at the gound and it really looks like the ground, and everything else looks like it should in the real world.
If any island should get online play, this is it. I spent half the day just playing in one little town because it was so realistic looking. I actually feel like I'm on vacation when I'm playing this. Like I'm not just sitting in my room playing a game, it feels that real.
This is what it's about. This is artwork! Nice fricking work brother. This is TOP OF THE LINE, HIGH END! *****
Looks good.! I'm gonna test it now.
Kiitos.

I have only 3 suggestions:
1) Get rid of the two hills that frame the each end of the runway.
2) Work in another airport somewhere far to the north as nice as the one on the island (at least in terms of runway and taxiways)
3) There need to be more towns in the far north.

This map is drop-dead-beautiful!
