i think its becuase in mgs4, the praying mantis pmc's primary weapon was the scar-h. trust me, i played that game quite a few times.

Hey man, they don't use Scar-h's. They use Mk.17's. I saw this yesterday and decided to check on MGS4 what weapon they use and it's not the scar h, it's the Mk.17. Would you consider replacing the scar-h with the Mk. 17?

Bit of a problem. Whenever I spawn a group of them, they appear under BLUFOR. I'm alright with them appearing under BLUFOR, however, individual units spawn under Independent, making it awkward to change units. Have I done something wrong?
