when i first saw the plane i thought, "gotdame that thing it huge." wonder if this 1:1 scale or not. the model and exterior textures are beautiful btw. i jump into the plane; there are no fancy textures for the cockpit which seems odd for how big the file size is. i start taking off down the runway and only a few of dials seem to work, kind of dissapointing. you got two compasses and no wind speed gauges. the landing gear folds away nicely. the ailerons are all backwards. when you pull up, they point in the direction that normally makes the plane go down. the stabilizing fin on the top is meant for yaw, not banking the aircraft. the crosshair is way off from the gun on the cockpit hud; you have to look down the engine if you want accurate shots. its only 1 gun shooting 20mm shells when in reality it was 6 50.cal's. it would be nice to see a bombing variant of this plane outfitted with 4 gbu 12's.
this is the first beta after all. just the fact that you are still coming out with extra veichles when everybody just does coop missions is enough for me to give this mod positive marks.
the model seems off in scale. the engine sound is from the c-130/ and the weapon system is all wrong. I was personally hugely let down by this mod. The model itself is nice. good texture.
