Ok this mission would be pretty good if you didn't end up spawning in a random location with no vehicles or weapons once you pass checkpoints or complete and objective!!!! please fix it!

Both download locations and the readme file clearly state what addons you need.

The respawns are not random. When you complete an objective you will respawn in that area. Simple as that.
Adding vehicles and weapons/equipment at the 'new' respawns are something I will include in the next version. Way ahead of you :D
It seems that once squad members are killed, they are no longer in your squad, i.e. they don't rejoin your squad when they respawn. Other than that, seems like a good mission, fairly similar to road runner.
Also, there seems to be something wrong with the AI...a lot of them weren't reacting to my presence at all when I rolled into the city in a bradley...even those with rpgs just stood staring in their original direction with me within tens of metres of them without anything obstructing their view to me.
Did you experience that behaviour with AI squad members or human players? Did it happen in connection with you (I assume as team leader) going down, i.e. needing medical attention (thus not being able to continue as team leader, making an AI the "new actual") ? I'm asking because in such situations you are 'losing' your squad which can make it seem as if your squad members are no longer in your squad. Now, what should happen of course, is that you are reinstated as team leader upon returning to full health. I have noticed in various missions that this doesn't always happen. Could be the case here as well. Not sure! I have not seen this issue in this mission so far, for what it's worth.

That sounds strange, they should engage you as soon as they are aware of your presence (and have a clear shot). I will have a look see at their combat modes to see if it can be tweaked. Me and my clan buddies had a go at 1.01 last night and the enemy AI really gave us hell as soon as we entered the city...:)
My experience with team members not rejoining my squad after I died was with AI squad members with me as team leader. I'm pretty sure this happened when the AI alone was killed with me still alive, the AI did not automatically rejoin me after it respawned. I'm pretty sure that the AI weren't still a team just commanded by the AI, as they just stood stationary where ever they happened to spawn (they spawned at different places since they died at different times), and they made no attempt to regroup.
It might be worth mentioning that I was still using 1.04 with the beta patch when I played through this mission, and hadn't updated to 1.05 yet, if that makes any difference.
Mazdak, I will see if I can reproduce the issue and, if so, hopefully fix it.
I don't think the BIS patch is causing it but I don't know for sure (I never used the beta patches myself).
