it seems to be a good mission, but i don't think that BIS first aid is a feature;). with a respawn or revive or sth like that it would be much better in my opinion.
Well I considered the BIS modules a feature because their are in fact extras (if you ask me, some of these modules should be included as stock in the units). Also my idea with this is that players that download this mission knows what it's included in the mission, like there's the possibility of being incapacitated (instead of instantly dying) or that most or all towns have civilian vehicles parked (and available).
Regarding respawn, there's a respawn on AI team members (which are still alive) in this mission. Having revive could be a good idea, maybe I'll make a version of this mission with revive in the future but since I included the BIS first aid module having Revive would be a bit reductant (even if they work a bit diferent).
