Just played it... I'm sorry to say, but it is not well done so far, I'd call it unfinished at best.
It doesn't have an objective, so the mission does not end.
The air support is not arriving after 5min of barely holding out, as you would expect (and which would make it somewhat challenging), it is just there from the beginning. All in all, friendly forces are much too strong, in contrast enemy forces are just easy prey. It is a turkey shooting, if you don't hurry, you won't get any kills. If you just start the mission and do absolutely nothing, friendly AI will clear up all enemies in a short time by themselves. Not much fun if you ask me.
Why do you use RMC skins (which look cool), but apart from that place US marine equipment everywhere? Doesn't make much sense. I know that there is no complete British equipment available, but then you have to work with what's available. The UKF pack has been ported to Arma2, so you can at least give everyone proper rifles. Delete the AAVP7 (which is only used by the USMC and some other countries, not the UK however), the HMMWVs, and the US flag (in a British camp?^^).
A bit inconclusive as well is the enemy force. Why does it consist of regular Russian forces and armed Civilians? Either let the Russian army attack, but then give them proper support, e.g. some BTR, BMP etc. Or if you want a guerilla force attacking, then don't use Russian models, but e.g. some Chedaki guys which you can mix with civis.
If the camp would be less fortified, if would make more sense on one hand (one commando unit won't build such a big camp) and on the other it would be harder (and therefore more interesting for the player) to survive the onslaught.
Having some kind of story around the mission and then several objectives in the mission would improve playability as well. Some minutes of silence before the storm would increase tension and benefit the atmosphere.
