I cannot seem to build tents. I have only tried the german side so far, but even when I control two bunkers within 50m of each other, and they are both solid Red (which means their under my control) it still gives me a warning that I cannot build. The grammer that is used to describe building tents when the warning message comes up is as follows.

"The tent can be contructed if there is #2 bunkers within 50m. #2 bunkers are must under our control"

Am I clearly missing something? Or is this a bug? I need to build tents on my bunkers to apparently do a lot more stuff. So it is kind of frustrating not being able to.
