Slight problem.
At random in the editor, I will be placing my units and whatever, then it will randomly crash the game. And it doesn't give a reason. Any ideas? Seems like a great map with a lot of potential. But I can't say, because I haven't had a chance to actually use it.

Hmm, havn't heard about that!
Sure you are using the A2 version for A2?
Any other mods?
Try placing just one unit and start it.

BTW, you don't have to do 2 versions. Arma 3 island runs fine on arma 2 too.

In my opinion, this would be one of the best ARMA 2 Islands if the performance weren't that bad. I know there are a lot of accessible buildings and stuff like that, but please find a way to increase performance a little bit. This Manhatten Island just looks beautiful. Keep up the great work.

@Rufus: yeah, they work in the opposite games, but there is some changes in the different configs.
So if you use the wrong version you'll miss glass effects, keypoints, and animals.
And there will probably be more differences, like the stadium only works in A2 for now (allthough removed in version 0.2.2), and I might add other A2 objects for A2 version.

@Blackwell: I'll do everything I can, performance is an important factor!
Is there any noticable difference in performance between v0.1 and v0.2.2?

Perhaps a little work could be done. I think there should be a little more mountainious terrain to the north. A few bridges. and Perhaps A military/naval base. plus some harbors. the overall block shape could be changed to something a little more realistic like the real Manhattan

This is much appreciated. My suggestions would be to try to create the new WTC and it is also possible to create the old one too (some buildings can be used if put on one another and maybe reskinned). But overall this is the start of the "big city scenario" what he hoped for a longtime. "Alien Invasion" "9/11" (different story) or other Terrorist attacks , all that could be made now. What we would need too are FDNY and NYPD units,yellow cabs , Buses etc. to make it much more "real" NYC. Looking forward - I would do sth. but I am no modder at all - so just suggesting. Keep it up,guys! And big thx for all involved!
