Really nice design! i like it.
here is some tips to improve it:
1)The givati divison do not using m-16. To be honest, the israeli infantry at compulsory service dont using long m-16 at all! Givati, Golani and Nachal using : CTAR-21 (tavor commando) with "Mars-21" and "merprolight" for officers and regular soliders, STAR-21 for marksmans and GTAR-21 for soliders that using grenade launchers (we calling them "matolistion").
Tsanhanim (Paratroopers) and Kfir using M4, at all verions.
2)the idf soldiers wearing the shoulder tags only on class A (madei aleph) uniform. the is the everyday wear. on the Class B uniform (madei bet) we are not using a shoulder tags! we are using them for combat, training and work on base.
