Sorry, this might be a stupid question, but when I try to "click" Battery, or APU on, what key or button do I press by default?

Read the manual. It will show you the custom controls(which most people do not use). The controls are called Custom User 1-20 or something. To press the buttons you are looking at you must keymap a keyboard key to Custom User 20.
This might too early to ask but, would you consider making an Arma 3 version in the future?
In future sure, how far in the future though I cannot say. We have big plans to test for take on helicopters, so much that Franze has already jumped on some opportunities at release night..
One of my big hopes for A3 was going to be PIP mixed thermals but it suffers from a massive decontrasting filter a few seconds into the screen which makes navigation nigh impossible.
I would just like to thank you for this wonderful mod, a true master piece and shows how much potential arma really has.
Are there going to be basic versions of the AH-64 for the ArmA 2 and ArmA 3 in the future?

@ murks: Thank you, we wanted to show that Arma is capable of much more in terms of flight based..stuff than everyone who said "it's not a flight sim" gave it credit for..granted it's still not a simulation to the degree of say DCS but I think a point has been proven.
@Matosh Yes there will be a simple version of the AH-64's without the bells and whistles so that others can add it to their mod if they so wish. I don't think we will be making a dedicated port to arma 3 per say but Franze has been working on the scripts to try and make things function properly just the same.

Anything could happen, I don't want to say anything that would cause some excitement prematurely, suffice to say, we are eyeballing other aircraft as well and not all are american.
