Excellent work. you cured the flashing textures!!
However, I did received the following error message when I had all 4 versions side-by-side:
Cannot Load Texture trh_ch1\data\chally_optica.paa
I tried to test them individually, but I couldn't re-create the error message.
This model has no internal drivers position. You can only drive it via 3rd person (if enabled).
After I installed this, each time I run ARMA2 OA I get the warning message:
'Addon Trh_FV4 requires the addon Catrh_ctt'
