any one know where can i get a mod called CAweapons_E so i can run this on ARMA 2
Yes, you need to buy it, e.g. from sprocketidea.com.
Any addon with has a CA in front means that it is a official BIS file. And if it has a _E at the end it means it belongs to the expansion called Operation Arrowhead. So in this case you are not running Operation Arrowhead respectively Combined Operations properly.
