That's juste a Benelli M4 Super 90with an EoTech, a flashlight and a front grip.
Why the Army want to create new names when a "M4 Super 90 Tactical" is more simple.

Look's more like a M1014 with an Eotech and grip but that's basically what the L128A1 is. (An M1014 with different stuff). Over all, it's nice.
Seems really nice but a pack of tactical variants of M4 Super 90 in ArmA II will be nice !
Where can I find this? the only way I could find it was in game through a support mod (which is cheating)
