I don't think the time of day parameters is working corectly. I chose morning & night and they both were actually in the day. I chose early evening and it was pitch black.
When you get to the area where the hostage is marked on the map, he spawns really far the SE down the road.
If you get killed and you respawn to any of the color choices, it spawns you REALLY, REALLY far in the SW, like REALLY far.
