Good job for a first mission. Practically everything worked, which is always nice :)
The only problem I encountered was the enemy AI around the officer. They just stood there while I picked them all off. Most of the enemy around the AA site were very active however, surprising me with some flanking.
For the mission, I found the targets too close together, and I pretty much dumped the issued primary as soon as I could. Issuing the team with different weapons, and making the whole team switchable would have been preferable (Only number 2 was switchable). I couldn't find any satchel charges to blow up the AA gun, it said I destroyed it anyway. But blowing things up is always more fun. Maybe once the AA is destroyed, you can call in an airstrike on the compound. Either to directly kill the officer, or stick an armour threat in there, so you have to take it out before you move down. Oh, and a medic. If you make the mission harder, throw in a medic or the ability to heal yourself.
