Your mission doesn't seem to be a PBO. Please re-save the file as pbo again. When I open the rar file, the PBO shows as a PBO. When extract the file, it is no longer a PBO, which is very strange.

I'm trying to open the PBO in PBO Viewer, which is what I always use on missions. Before I place a mission on our Phoenix Soldiers dedicated COOP server, I always open the PBO file, to remove respawn, remove revive, confirm ACE wounding system is in place, and load each player unit with Phoenix Soldiers custom kits.

This must be a problem on your end, I have just downloaded the rar myself and extracted then launched the .pbo and it loads up OA fine. It's also the same file we used to run the mission on our server and I have recently depbo'd it myself with ExtractPbo.exe (and DePbo.dll) to make edits to it. I have also just extracted the pbo from the downloaded rar file (again with extractpbo.exe) with no issues. Maybe you could try using those tools instead? Here is the link - https://dev-heaven.net/projects/mikero-pbodll/files (you will need DePbo3.96.rar snd ExtractPbo1.85.rar, I also use eliteness.exe for creating pbo's) - let me know how it goes. If it still doesn't work all I can think is you must have a corrupted download.

By the way, providing everything is fine with an updated version of this mission after being run on our server tonight, I will be providing armaholic with the updated version which will be using ACRE and will also include a few changes mainly to enemy spawns.
