You can play it as single player, however you will only have 1 guy. Any player slots not filled are deleted due to the undercover system. (You also will not be able to advance time). I would suggest that you could complete it in single player and it would be a pretty good (if massive and long) mission.
Hey guys. Me and my friend were trying to play this and we had an issue where He couldn't see me moving and the world was basically frozen for him. It wouldn't let him react with anything except for picking up a gun. I also had a permanent red chain for some reason even though I was the host. We tried playing other missions directly after and they worked fine. I'm going crazy trying to figure out what's wrong. I really want to play this mission.
You need to download the latest beta patch. It's basically a bug with the "doStop" command I used in the editor. The same thing happened with Escape the Dead after one of the patches. It will probably also work if you use vanilla ArmA2 instead of Operation Arrowhead (it did when we tested another mission with doStop). Download the one in the green bar at the top of this page:
This seems like one of the more interesting coop missions to me, and my friends and I would love to play it. However, being the big old noobs we are, we can't figure out how to load and save the game in multiplayer. We're 4 guys playing, and when we approached the weapon crates at the safehouse near Altar, my friend who was hosting the game said it told him "Saving enabled" - But once again, for the feeble of mind, how do you save and load the game in multiplayer?
Okay, in order to enable saving you have to be within a certain distance of the ammo crates at a safehouse. The person who is hosting then presses Esc and clicks save game. This save state can then be accessed in the normal way. However, there is a slight issue when re-loading. This is due to a bug in ArmA2 I think. You have to exit the server and go back in or something. I have asked Martin to come on here and talk you through it (he always hosts).
I hope you get it working and enjoy it.
Thank you so very much for the fast reply! I think we'll be taking a swing at it tonight, I'll be sure to leave some feedback. And once again, thanks a bunch, I'm really looking forward to playing this through!
Would it be possible to make this a SP mission (e.g. with teamswitching between AI)? or does it absolutely need at least two human players?

Hello,
Great mission so far! Having one major issue though. Whenever we try to load a saved game we get this issue: http://i.imgur.com/oVqWJMH.jpg.
I have tried loading it with mods running, mods not running, etc. Cant get past this screen. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Not sure why this is. Obviously something to do with aceX which neither Martin nor myself have installed.
