I have tried to download this mission.
Your instructions are to download to ArmA Operation Arrowhead's "missions" folder, which I have and tagged @Guglovo with the contents inside. When I logged on, I found that the mission wasn't registering because the map of Chernarus was missing!
Are you using the Chernarus Island in Operation Arrowhead or was this game geared toward ArmA 2, not Operation Arrowhead?
Yes, the mission requires Combined Operations, that is Arma 2 and Operation Arrowhead.
You should just place the mission pbo in the Arma2/Missions folder, no need to rename it or anything.

I have found the culprit of the problem.
I had an earlier version of ArmA 2, 1.58 and upgraded it to 1.62. The missing content for Chernarus was finally found, and OA finally added ArmA 2 to its bulk of the content so no need to switch applications!
I finally got the game working so I'm going to try beating the game and give out a review for your mission. :)
For those of you who are missing out on this mission due to a missing Chernarus file, try updating it to the latest patch!
